Hmm, Im not sure if its the post processing or what, but the facial texture is gone, looks quite plain almost plastic like. Doesnt look right to me and quite strange, maybe you used the smart blur tool, I dont know. Other than that good tone, and expression the half smirk look works well. Perhaps a stream of smoke from the cig.

its definatly overused isn't it !
one better way to use it is making a copy of the image b4 applying & then reducing the opacity of the layer on which the blur has been applied.. Although i have to say it somehow still works a bit with the other makeup...
The ciggrate is too white... It has lost its details in the blown out white too.... still i like the overall image

as already said... texture is missing on the face.. did you use neat image?

Agree....it looks too artifitial....but the intensity of the skin tone is very nice.
